Noel Brown - President
Forty six years old, with 30 years experience in the construction industry. Noel’s experience started very young working for other construction firms. After college, Noel started as a one man operation in residential and commercial construction and grew to a National General Contracting firm with over 100 employees. Noel has worked as a carpenter, superintendent and project manager in the industry. Noel and the rest of the NTB staff are heavily involved from conception of the project, during pre construction through completion and post construction. Noel works directly with clients, the design teams and the collaborative of professionals needed to bring exceptional value to every project we do. Noel’s commitment to excellence is obvious by the quality relationships that have been built on honesty and integrity. Noel is a member of a variety of construction related organizations. He is a dedicated family man and supports the community by assisting local Law Enforcement, Fire Departments, Haz-Mat, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Little League Baseball, Football, Soccer and various other National and Private Charity organizations.

Robert Russell – Senior S.P.
Sixty one years old, with 45 years experience in the construction industry including work as a carpenter, superintendent, project manager, and secretary of a corporation. Robert has performed work for Arbor Drugs, Target Stores, K-Mart Corporation, Meijer Thrifty Acres, A&P Food Stores, CVS Pharmacy, Kroger Company’s, Blockbuster Video, Heritage Realty Management. Finsilver / Friedman, Doyle Rogers Company Borders Books and various others.

Jeff Lomber – Supervisor of Field Operations
Forty four years old with 20 years construction industry experience starting as a carpenter and fixture installer moving to superintendent positions and is presently entering his fifth year as the Director of Field Operations. Jeff possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Jeff is NTBNA’s Safety Coordinator as well as their Qualifying Agent and is responsible for all licensing, continuing education and day to day field operations. He is also MDEQ licensed, OSHA and HAZ-WOPER certified.

Project Management & Administration

Brian Hogan – Senior Estimator
Forty four years old, with 21 years construction industry experience including general labor, carpentry, estimating, project management and company administrator on both general contractor and subcontractor levels. He is responsible for job costing, estimating, value engineering and budgeting prospective and active projects, as well as coordinating with Project Managers and Project Management.

Kelley Ann Ludeke – Estimator Assistant
Forty –three years old, with 15 yrs. experience assisting the Estimating Dept., Project Managers,Superintendents and the overall Project Mgmt. Team. She assists on the projects from the estimating process, project coordination to the closeout. Projects have included private and public: Schools, colleges, Fire Stations, churches, retail-banks, Starbucks, AutoZones, Discount Tire, Carl’s Jr., Rite Aids, Storage Facilities and multi-housing communities.

Sherry Rourke – Senior Project Manager
Forty nine years old, with 17 years commercial construction and Construction Management experience. Projects included new build construction, expansions and interior renovation of fast food restaurants, gas station/car wash facilities, convenience stores and big box retail stores including Sears, Meijer and Walmart. As Senior Project Manager she is responsible for communicating with the customer, establishing and standardizing Project Management procedures and the implementation and training of office support staff and the project management team.

Eric Usitalo – Project Manager
Thirty four years old, with 8 years experience as a superintendent. As project manager he brings extensive supervisory experience and proficiency in on site inspection related to code and engineering compliance. He has a Bachelors degree in Construction Management with honors, a Michigan Residential Builders License and has taken training courses with MIOSHA, HAZWOPPER and is SWPP qualified.

Patrick Green – Project Manager
Forty two years old, with 8 years Superintendent and 20 years construction experience. He has been with NTBNA for one year. He has a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management at Eastern Michigan University. Has supervised projects valued at $1,500,000.00 to $35,000,000.00 for Wal-Mart General Motors Eastern Michigan University, U of M, Delta Twp. Fire Department and others. He also has expensive experience in land surveying site development and underground construction.

Mike Yandora – Project Manager
Thirty five years old, with 13 years construction experience in both residential and commercial construction. Mike has managed projects ranging from multi unit residential subdivisions to construction of fast food restaurants and drug stores to renovations and construction of additions to Walmart Stores. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in building construction management from Michigan State University is certified storm water professional and has experience as a jobsite superintendent, estimator purchasing agent and project manager.

Christy Mayhew – Project Administrator
Thirty eight years old, has 17 years of construction administration experience with emphasis on risk management. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University. Her duties include monitoring and maintaining state licensing, project management support from project award to closeout, office administration duties involving processing of credit applications, customer qualifications and filing and assisting in the development and maintaining of office and project management process and procedures.

Crystal Berry – Receptionist
Twenty Five years old with 31/2 years receptionist experience. She answers the phone, filing orders office supplies and state posters. She also assists in printing, scanning, retrieving and renaming blueprints. She assists in state licensing and registration. She assists project managers by typing subcontracts, letters, change orders and finding subcontractors for projects.

Denise Trzaskos – Controller
Forty-four years old with 20 years of construction experience. She has extensive expertise in financial analysis, project cost management, and office productivity improvements. She is currently working toward her bachelors in accounting with a minor in computer information systems. She is highly skilled in the implementation of quality control and accounting systems. Her experience includes human resources management and OSHA compliance documentation. She is experienced in municipal, industrial, and commercial financial accounting and management.
